All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Your payment information is never stored on Junis servers.

Getting Started

Step 1: Navigate to Subscription Page

From any page in Junis, click your profile icon and select “Subscription”, or go directly to /subscription.

Step 2: Choose Your Plan

Review the available plans and click “Subscribe” on your preferred option.

Step 3: Complete Payment

You’ll be redirected to a secure Lemon Squeezy checkout page. Enter your payment details and complete the purchase.
Immediate Access: Your credits are available immediately after successful payment.

Managing Your Subscription

View Current Plan

The Subscription page displays:
  • Your current plan (Basic, Pro, or None)
  • Subscription status (Active, Cancelled, Past Due)
  • Next renewal date
  • Available credits

Cancel Subscription

Go to Subscription Page

Navigate to /subscription or click Subscription in your profile menu.

Click Cancel

Find the “Cancel Subscription” button in your current plan section.

Confirm Cancellation

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Unused credits do not roll over after cancellation. Use your credits before your plan ends.

Resume Cancelled Subscription

If you’ve cancelled but your subscription hasn’t expired yet, you can resume:
  1. Go to the Subscription page
  2. Click “Resume Subscription”
  3. Your subscription will continue with the next billing cycle

Upgrade or Downgrade

To change your plan:
  1. Cancel your current subscription
  2. Wait for the billing period to end
  3. Subscribe to your desired new plan

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly Plans: Billed on the same day each month
  • Credits: Added to your balance immediately upon renewal
  • Unused Credits: Do not roll over to the next month (subscription plans)
  • One-Time Purchases: Credits never expire

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal (where available)
  • Local payment methods (varies by region)

Troubleshooting

Possible causes:
  • Insufficient funds
  • Card expired or declined
  • Bank security block
Solution:
  • Check your payment method is valid
  • Contact your bank if the issue persists
  • Try a different payment method

  • Page not refreshed
Solution:
  • Wait 1-2 minutes and refresh the page
  • Check your email for payment confirmation
  • Contact support if credits don’t appear within 10 minutes
Possible causes:
  • Already cancelled (pending expiration)
  • Technical issue
Solution:
  • Check subscription status shows “Active”
  • Try logging out and back in
  • Contact support for assistance
